Today was pretty exciting for Allan & Sandra…. Bridge Climb! The long awaited event arrived. The weather didn’t exactly cooperate but it was amazing just the same. We headed out around 1130 this morning to climb the bridge. This was preceded by an hour of preparation. They have to give you a bit of training, clothes to wear and all the gear you’ll need. Once we were off it was great. The rains started about the time we climbed all the way up to the arch of the bridge. At times the rain was coming down pretty good. It didn’t spoil the view… From up on the top of the bridge the view is just amazing! I was so happy for my friends. This is something that they really wanted to do and the did it…. Just a wonderful day! Oh yeah! By the way, once we were done the sun popped out and the day was amazing....
