Leave the pier by local bus for a scenic drive up into the mountains behind Suva to Raintree Lodge, built on a large man-made pond. This beautiful wooden lodge provides a lovely natural atmosphere in which to relax. Work up an appetite in the lush green rain forests of Fiji's Forest Park as you follow a mountainside trail and bush walk to the lower pool surrounded by bushland and an abundance of birdlife. Swim in a cool, clear mountain pool, relax around a 250-foot waterfall with nature and scenic pools. Stop at the Raintree Lodge for a drink and seasonal fruits served as a trio of serenaders circulate, charming guests with local songs.
